express 40 min $50 This quick, mini-facial is designed to target your skin’s primary need. Be it extractions, refinement or hydration, one masque will be formulated to restore balance to your skin. Great for the woman on the go. And, really, who isn't? But remember to take time for yourself. Includes cleansing, toning, customized exfoliation and treatment masques, and massages for the scalp, hands and arms. Note: You may be too relaxed to drive home or face the real world after service completion. euphoria* 85 min $90 This facial is the most luxurious, pampering service. It includes cleansing, toning, customized exfoliation and treatment masques, and aromatherapy. In addition, I will incorporate a scalp, decollete and facial massage, a hand/arm massage with hot stones, and a few more bountiful treats. Side effects may include: Inability to get up from treatment bed due to state of complete bliss. some like it hot 95 min $110 Based on the euphoria facial, this service includes the use of hot and/or cold stones throughout your entire facial. Hot stones help with blood circulation and releasing muscle tension, while cold stones aid in reducing redness and water retention in the skin. Don’t be surprised if you levitate from the bed during this treatment. glycolic acid peel - 35% strength 25 min $45/peel, or $250 for a series of 6 If you want great results fast, this is the facial treatment for you. Due to its small molecular composition, glycolic acid is one of the most effective peels for the skin. Glycolic acid is derived from sugar cane and assists in healing and preventing blemishes, diminishing discoloration spots, and stimulating collagen production. Basically, it does it all. Recommended in a six week series.
the remedies Exfoliants refine the skin in one of two fashions: mechanically or chemically. Mechanical exfoliants are referred to as “scrubs." Their granular texture provides the best exfoliation for dry skin or poor texture. Chemical exfoliants are often referred to as “peels.” Chemical exfoliants consist of alpha- and beta-hydroxy acids that, due to their molecular composition, absorb into the pores to digest dead skin cells. The peels used at my facility are plant-based and have a low-grade to moderate strength, thus only mild redness, if any, may occur. Chemical peels will make the skin sun-sensitive, therefore sun exposure is prohibited while receiving peels and the use of a daily SPF facial cream is required. After the skin is exfoliated, a Treatment Masque is applied. Treatment Masques serve many functions, including replenishing the skin's lipid barrier through deep hydration, stimulating collagen production, healing blemishes and reducing the appearance of fine lines. I offer various types of exfoliants and treatment masques, depending on your skin’s individual needs.
